As the son of a master mechanic, I was always in the shops with him and watching how everything worked. I grew up around classic cars and always felt more appreciation for the body styles, how they looked and how every vehicle seemed to have it's own personality. I eventually got into the autobody program in Pasadena High School, which helped me decide on metal fabrication. The teacher I had at the time had his 66 SS Chevelle in the shop, and my senior year, he would let me work on that instead of the newer cars. He eventually got me to work with his teacher, which is where my passion really grew, and I knew from there, that's what I wanted to do for the rest my of my life. They always told me, "Find something you love, and you'll never work a day in your life"
